Very clean and comfortable rooms. Bathroom water pressure is excellent, soft towels with bar soap and shampoo and conditioner. Coffee maker and microwave. Good lighting with bedside outlets for your phones.

Excellent location that was in walking distance to so many restaurants and drivable to many places we visited in the area. The room was fantastic & the view was breathtaking; the pool was warm & the jacuzzi was perfect after a long day. They checked on us throughout the stay to make sure we had everything we needed, and all the staff was very professional. Great job!
The location was perfect. Parking garage was nearby (free parking with validation). The rooms were nice and clean. Front desk staff was very professional.
While the wall thickness was adequate, we had a 21st birthday party going until 1am in the room next door. You could hear bottles clanging and happy birthday being sang. You can also hear every time a toilet flushes (the flushing is REALLY strong¿)
Recently stopped over in Ithaca and stayed at The Hilton Garden Inn Ithaca. Conveniently located in the heart of downtown this is a great hotel to stay at while visiting this charming town. Located right across the street from Ithaca commons which features a large variety of restaurants or check out live music if one of the festivals happens to be running at that time. Ample parking is located next door and depending on your Hilton Honours status and room parking in and out privileges may be offered. Well appointed rooms, tremendous views of the surrounding natural landscape, even a seating area on some floors is a great bonus.
We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn during our trip to Ithaca NY in June 2023. We chose this hotel because it was located one block from the Ithaca Commons downtown area and because it offered free parking with the hotel rate which gave it an edge over its competitors. Everything about the hotel was nice. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, modern, and clean. Daily housekeeping was available upon request. There was a slight issue with sound being transmitted from the adjacent room, but it was muffled and infrequent, so it was acceptable. Definitely a great place to stay if you are visiting Ithaca NY.
